- Once orders successfully placed are not eligible for any kind of cancellation.
- No returns / refunds are eligible for ON-SALE / Offers products and in case of any transit issues.
- In the case of a product eligible for a replacement and if the same product is not in stock, customers are expected to get a different product for the same cost.
Products Eligible for Return
- Only if the products are damaged during transportation.
- Only if you received a damaged product or received a different design, than what have you ordered originally.
- The Customers are expected to bear the shipping charge for the eligible returns.
- The Product should be returned in the original packaging.
Return Procedure
- Kindly Report us within 24hrs over an Email (support@sudhifashionhub.com) and also intimate us on WhatsApp
- Unboxing video is Mandatory, also video should cover product in 360degrees.
Refund
- Expected Refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7days
- Refund amount will be initiated by the same mode of payment made earlier.
