• Once Orders successfully placed are not eligible for any kind of cancellation.
• No returns/ refunds are eligible for ON-SALE / Offers products and in case of any transit issues.
• In the case of a product eligible for a replacement and if the same product is not in stock, customers are expected to get a different product for the same cost.
Products Eligible for Return
• Only if the products are damaged during transportation.
• Only if you received a damaged product or received a different design, than what you ordered originally.
• The Customers are expected to bear the shipping charge for the eligible returns.
• The Product should be returned in the original packaging.

• Unboxing video is Mandatory, also video should cover the product in 360degrees.
Refund
• Expected Refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7days
• Refund amount will be initiated by the same mode of payment made earlier.
