- Domestic orders within India are shipped through DTDC or Professional or Speed Post.
- Orders would be shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date of payment. The client can view his/her consignment number in the “Track Order” or contacting us directly.
- Shipment is done throughout the weekdays except Sundays and public holidays.
- SudhiFashionHub is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier/postal authorities/Uncertainty/Pandemic situations.
- In case of the product is not received within a week from the date of shipment customer can reach to us through WhatsApp or email to support@sudhifashionhub.com.
- In the case of package miss, SudhiFashionHub cannot take sole responsibility as the customers are expected to notify us if the package is not received within specified no. of days.
- SudhiFashionHub do not have dedicated delivery team who can call and follow-up with customers in advance before delivering a product, so no guaranteed time period on the package delivery.
- We ship through 3rd party delivery partners (DTDC/Professional/India Post) and the delivery is entirely dependent on respective service/delivery staff. We have no authority over their service
